Refund Policy

ACCORD Restoration reserves the right to cancel a course if sufficient enrollment is not achieved. An attempt will be made to notify registrants by phone or mail if a course is cancelled. Full refunds will be issued for courses cancelled by ACCORD Restoration.

If you have registered for a course and decide not to attend, you will need to take action to initiate your removal from the class roster. Agents that “drop” a course 48 hours before the course start will receive a full refund. No refund will be given if the course is dropped the day of the course or later.

If you have a situation that warrants an override of the above policy, an explanation of the circumstances should be made in writing to ACCORD Restoration. The appropriate manager will review the situation to determine if a refund can be granted and will notify you accordingly.

ACCORD Restoration will refund all fees within 30 days of the cancellation.


Accord University
